EuroCave provides Main du Sommelier bottle supports on each of the stained black, soft closing shelves, to allow additional protection for your bottles. • Maturing Mode: The maturing mode maintains a consistent pre-set temperature of 12°C, which preserves the quality and aging potential of your wines. Humidity is controlled and guaranteed at 70% using EuroCave's patented Hygrocontrol System. Integrated humidity control maintains ideal moisture levels to keep corks in perfect condition, preventing wine spoilage and preserving the quality of your collection.
• Serving Mode: The serving mode offers single temperature accuracy, storing your red and white wines at the perfect temperature for immediate consumption. In serving mode, the Royale does not utilise the humidity management system, allowing you to set a single temperature environment between 6 and 18°C, making it easier than ever to have your wines ready for enjoyment.
• Bottle Protection: The shelves are fitted with soft-close devises which allows smooth closure, this ensures your bottles are protected from any unwanted vibrations thus protecting the delicate aging process and preserving the integrity of your collection.
• Showcase Your Vintages: This cabinet features soft amber lighting beneath each shelf which highlights each bottles label. The bottles at the top are illuminated by 2 LEDS which are underneath the control panel, the light intensity has 3 levels to suit your needs. A bottle identification system features 6 labels in black epoxy-based paint supplied with each sliding shelf and a white marker pen.

We will organise a two-man crew to deliver this product to your room of choice, with a delivery fee of £90. The product comes with detailed installation instructions for a straightforward setup process.
