Description

Avintage are a French manufacturer of wine cabinets who have been producing their wine cabinets since the late 1990's, just after Eurocave started. They were amongst the first companies to enter into the industry and since then have developed a reputation for reliable and robust storage cabinets but also produce a range of products designed for installations with a kitchen setting.

Freestanding or Built in Wine Cabinet

The GALLERY is a dual temperature zone wine cabinet designed to be utilised as either a freestanding or a built in wine cabinet, meaning it can either stand a lone or have cabinets built around it to create a real feature in your kitchen, bar or restaurant. These models are suitable for both domestic and commercial settings.

Kitchen - Built In 

The GALLERY has a maximum capacity of 131 Bordeaux bottles which are supported on 11 label view wire shelves which are telescopic. Your collection will be illuminated by a choice of 3 white LED lighting settings, which can be turned on and off.  The unit also has 4 adjustable feet (height 6.5cm) and has a wide operating temperature of 5-20°C.

This model is a dual cooler operating between 5-20°C, ideal for storing and serving red or white wines between the two zones.

The intensity of the white LED lighting can be altered between 3 colours - Cool White, Warm White and Amber. Intensity levels are 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

This model has handleless door and also allows the possibility for the door to be reversed.

Multi Bottle Storage

The shelves on the GALLERY cooler are multi-formatted to accomodate Bordeaux, Burgundy or Champagne bottles. The sliding metal shelves will allow easy access to your collection and keep your wines stored in a unique, horizontal. label view fashion.

Ideal Storage Conditions:

The GALLERY is a great example of a long term storage cabinet which is very versatile and gives you the option of a high capacity but without having to stack bottles - which can be a pain when you actually want to find a bottle to drink.

The wine cabinet is equipped with two charcoal filters (one is each zone) and active humidity management of between 55-85% which is automatically regulated ensuring the cork does not dry out. The door is fully UV treated with low-E glass, which means you can create a feature in your home or bar without the risk of any UV damage.  An extra thick layer of insulation ensures a very reliable temperature management and low noise resonance.

Delivery lead times:

As we bring various different brands from the UK and European countries, lead times are different depending on whether we have UK stock of the item or not, some items are special order and will be subject to extended lead times.  The lead times below are indicative of UK mainland deliveries - for European deliveries the lead time may vary. 

Please refer to the lead time stated on the product itself. The lead times for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland may be longer than suggest below.

We are more than happy to help and confirm whether it will get to you in time - just chat with us online.

Deliveries are made between Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm. We do not offer deliveries on weekends. 

For UK warehouse stock
The lead time is typically 2 - 5 working days depending on your postcode. We require at least 1 working day to process your order and dispatch the goods to you.

For items with 10 - 14 working days lead time (Special order)
This is an estimated timescale for the item, as this depends on how quickly we can bring the goods over to our warehouse from Europe - we will always aim to deliver the goods within the quoted lead time. Please note, that sometimes the lead time can extend slightly due to transport delays.

Deliveries to the Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
If the goods are already in the UK, the typical lead time is 10 - 14 working days - sometimes it can take up to 21 - 28 working days. 

Please note manufacturers can also be out of stock of their products, this may increase the lead times indicated above - if you are in any doubt please contact us before ordering.

We aim to keep our stock levels as high as possible and the website should show the accurate lead times however, we reserve the right to make changes to this should there be an error.

The typical lead time for the product will be shown on the product page, for Jersey and Guernsey deliveries please allow up to 1 week on top of the quoted delivery time to allow for transit time to the islands, please choose the currency/country selector at the top and bottom of every page to choose Jersey/Guernsey shipping options - ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE VAT EXCLUSIVE.

Once you have placed your order with us and we have dispatched your wine fridge to our contracted carrier, they will contact you to book a preferred delivery date.

Please do note - delivery to the channel islands is to the KERBSIDE only and the goods will arrive on a pallet, the driver is not insured to take the goods inside to the property and is unable to assist with unpacking of the fridges.

e deliver, our standard vehicle is an 18 tonne articulated lorry - please ensure that a vehicle of this size can reach your property, if you are unsure please contact us prior to ordering.

For stock items we can deliver to the Portsmouth depot within 1 week of ordering the wine rack or wine fridge - please allow 10 working days or so for the total journey time. During periords of rough sea's, there can be delays on the mainland with Ferry operators which we will make sure you are aware of.

On delivery day you can expect a call from the driver when they are on their way to you, the driver will unload the pallet to the kerbside only - if you have easy access on to the property, at the drivers discretion they may bring the goods up to your property but are not obligated too. For larger fridges please ensure there are enough people to accept the wine or beverage cooler as they can be very heavy.

If you purchase through our dedicated Jersey/Guernsey website then the VAT has been removed already for you and no taxes will be charged at checkout.

There is an £85 flat rate charge for a singular pallet to Jersey or Guernsey and is applicable to every order.

All our products are supported by the warranty marked on the product page, we have service technicians on both islands should we need to assist you.

We will not accept claims for damage if this hasn't been noted at the point of delivery - our delivery company will give you an opportunity to check the goods once unpacked and note any damage.

For kerbside deliveries, we strongly advise you to unpack the goods before signing for the delivery, especially if there is damage to the packaging.

We do not offer installation on integrated wine coolers as standard, we can offer this service with the network of sub-contractors we use. Please contact us if you need further assistance with this prior to purchase to see if we can offer assistance in your area.

Delivery will be between 8 and 6pm Monday - Friday, the driver will call the recipient ahead of the delivery.

Please contact us reference smaller vehicles so we can check with the local depot.

A kerbside delivery is via a freight company and the wine cooler/wine wall will be delivered just to the kerbside so please make sure there are people on site to accept the goods. We strongly advise you check the goods before accepting - any signs of damage should be noted on the delivery note.

For kerbside deliveries, it is important to ensure the goods are checked before signing for the item. In the event the goods arrive damaged, please refuse delivery. Once the goods are signed for we can not guarantee the claim for damage will be accepted.

If you cancel your order and the goods are still in our warehouse, then there will be no charge - if you cancel your order when the goods have left our warehouse and collected by our courier, we will deduct the cost of the delivery from the refund. As an indication, the cost of this will vary depending on the size of the unit and will be in the range of £145 to £195+VAT.

We strongly advise you check the dimensions of the product before ordering, some of our products are ordered in especially for this order and means the order cannot be cancelled once the goods have been collected.

Yes, that wouldn't be a problem - for stock items we would store them in our warehouse for upto a couple of months. For non stock wine coolers, we would ensure they are ordered and ready for you when you require delivery. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

We can offer a kerbside delivery here for an additional charge, for Jersey and Guernsey deliveries we can also remove the VAT. Please contact us to arrange delivery prior to ordering so we can remove the VAT as required.

We offer our 2 person delivery to the room of choice across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland* and the Republic of Ireland*, excluding the Scottish highlands (postcode dependant).

We may be able to offer this service if you are in the highlands or more remote areas but please contact us prior to check. If we cannot deliver with our 2 person service, we will be able to deliver to the kerbside using our freight network. Please note, removal and disposal of old appliances is not included in the price for delivery.

Yes, the majority of our units are delivered from our UK warehouse which means logistics costs are higher - if you wish to add the 2 person delivery service for Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland, you can add this at checkout, additional charges apply as indicated above.

Please note if you choose the 2 person delivery service, the lead time will be longer (up to 4 weeks) as we deliver the units into our 2 person logistics provider based in Northern Ireland.

You can select different time slots at checkout for UK mainland deliveries, our normal delivery hours are between 8 and 5pm but you can select an AM/PM delivery or a specified two hour window as well.

If your wine cooler arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the item, please contact us immediately when the crew are still on site.

If you cancel your order and the goods are still in our warehouse, then there will be no charge - if you cancel your order when the goods have left our warehouse and collected by our courier, we will deduct the cost of the delivery from the refund. As an indication, the cost of this will vary depending on the size of the unit and will be in the range of £75 to £145+VAT.
